Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • There is one exterior camera on the property, mounted above the garage overlooking the driveway/parking area.
  • All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home. No smoking allowed on the property.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Mature, well-trained dogs only. Large dogs okay.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Pet rent is $25/nt per pet plus tax.
  • Beech Mountain Club access fees apply – currently only allowing a transfer of membership. Please inquire prior to booking if wanting to use the club.

Parking Information

  • This home has a paved driveway with parking for a maximum of 3 standard vehicles.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
  • There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • All linens and towels are provided.
  • The property includes high-speed internet, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, bed linens, towels, and climate control.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
  • The property has smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide detector.
